Did anyone else the banner someone hung around the 10 minute mark of yesterdays game?

Check it out in my avatar. If others can post a better pic please do so. The N.Y Post is supposed to have a picture of it.

Nice job whoever did it--------

PSL GO TO HELL.

It would be great if more of those banners showed up for the last 2 home games. As they take 1 down another goes up etc. Send Woody the message loud and clear.

What about T-shirt Jets emblem on the front on the back PSL GO TO HELL.

Aren't the Jets charging 25% more than the Giants too? I know they're sharing the stadium now and it won't be named Giants Stadium, but the Jets will never shake the image that they're tenants in another, better franchise' stadium. The Giants also have been far more successful in their history than the Jets.

If anything, the Jets should be charging 25% less at the least. Actually they shouldn't have PSLs period.

If you really get to own the seats, how do both Jets and Giants fans have them anyway? And can you refuse to let other people sit at them during concerts and other events? No, of course not, you only get a "license" during the games and it can be revoked whenever. I'd honestly have to say anybody that pays for these PSLs, especially for the regular normal seats...well, they have more money than they know what to do with, that is my hope anyway.

That was in Sec 226 I think. I was sitting in 225, and it was great. It sounded like the whole stadium erupted. And when security came to confiscate the banner, the guy holding turned around and stuck the banner in securities face. Security escorted him and he put his hand up and got a huge cheer.

It was awesome.

This is the problem I have. I understand it the new way, but you should have rights to those seats for any event.

If you have season tickets it would be smarter to do it the last game, instead of Falcons. If you get thrown out of the stadium and not allowed back in that way you don't lose a game you paid for.

Im not sure I dont think you lose your season tickets I think its either forfeit the banner or leave the stadium.

Nice! The Jets really will have their own new unique identity next year...lol...a brand new empty Football stadium :) this is what Woody wanted

Does that mean we don't get a game, or that we just get to watch actual NFL franchises play instead?

It'll be funny to see Goodell backpedal from the blackout rules. It is one thing to black out Tampa Bay or some other nothing town, but NYC? Haha yeah right. I hope the Jets can't sell these games out, it'd be hilarious.

Could have had our own stadium. Been the only team in New York. Could have taken over the City.

Would have changed the image of the franchise and have the best stadium in the league.

but no. thanks woody.

Thanks Mr. Dolan.

Thanks Mr. Dolan.

It would have been a non-issue if Woody would have funded the stadium himself. But he wanted the city to pay for it, and that's the in Dolan used.

Does anybody know if that property wound up being used for anything? Somehow I doubt it.

I think it was sold last year. Forget for what though, maybe Condos?

The Jets were always blacked out before 1979. the Giants were awful and were always sold out and on TV..lol..This is the first year Ive seen the Jets advertising selling season tickets since summer of 1978..when my brother first got his season ticks.

I think they'll be blacked out. they would have no choice. but they would finally have that identity that Woody so desperately wanted. an absolute laughing stock of the NFL AGAIN

BTW, this is the year we would have hosted the Super Bowl had the WS Stadium went through.

Think that would have helped NYC's struggling economy?

I do, but I'm no politician, heh. I suppose we're supposed to pretend we are not in recession and all these fines and taxes NYS is imposing are just for fun.
