There is a big dude with a funny haircut there, but I don't think he's quite as big as the original and I thought our Arsis moved to Long Island.. Let me know if you get to Bensonhurst. This kid has a crazy haircut but his lifting doesn;t seem to match the standard I'd expect out of Arsis or NotNotArsis. Arsis Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 I don't know who this Arsis chap is but I was a raw lifter and I uhh... *tweaked* my lower back on my third set of ATG squats.
