Ryan, speaking publicly Sunday for the first time since undergoing the surgery March 13, said he is down to 317 pounds. I love the guys on our football team. I look at it as my team, it's our team. I've got everything." So, Ryan's decision came down to one thing: He didn't want to lose everything he has. "If you don't have your health, you have nothing," he said.
