With the long list of coaches that have won this award in the past, it seems ridiculous that this is only Boeheim's 1st. Either way, definitely well deserved this year, and, even though pretty much meaningless, Im glad he won one in his impossibly long tenure as Syracuse's head coach. He had been nominated 3 times... 79-80 (I think), 99-00, and 02-03. This season was the 4th time he was nominated, and 1st time hes won the award.
