SouthernJet
HTTM is the latest adult oriented comedy to hit the screens. Hangover's success has bred a stable of men oriented, potty/sex adult themed humor. Most of the post Hangover attempts have been shiity....until now. HTTM is a very funny film in this genre and the not super famouus, but always good John Cusack is the star. However, it doesnt hit the 4 star Homer that Hangover achieved, but for a comedy it hits a triple. Comedies are hardest genre get right in Hollywood and HTTM does a pretty good job. The premise is absurd, the leaps of faith are outrageous and the film makes no pretense of its idiocy with stares into the camera to prove such. 3 buddies (and a nephew) go back to a Ski resort from thier 1986 heyday to chill for a weekend. They take a dip and Voila, they are in 1986 with thier old friends and nemesis. They are their younger selves so the possibilities of rectifying old mistakes are endless.Hangove hilarity. It just misses. The cast is capable but Rob Corddry steals the flick. All in all this is the 2nd best comedy since Hangover. Stupid, but funny. Enjoy. 3 's
slowmoe57
Just saw this with my son -- since he needed an adult to get in. Must say it was alot -- and I do mean alot better than expected -- I would recommend it for a fun night at the movies.

Jetman_67
Saw the premier 3 weeks ago. Loved it!!! Yes it is kinda stupid, but thats what makes it funny. Also a great reminder of how awful fashion was in the 1980's.
124
Too tired from work to write a long review tonight, but IMO bro, I have to respectfully disagree (and you and I, probably the two biggest movie go'ers on this site almost never disagree with our stars ratings) and I'd give it a solid 4, and BETTER than the Hangover which was given too much talk, too much hype that it never lived up to. I'll take HTTM over Hangover anyday.
