Boozer76 Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 I'm not saying anything bad about the kid at all...I am saying that it is slightly contrived that the Steelers, a first-class organization, would choose to do something like that the week of their starting QB being suspended for rape allegations... Didn't mean to infer you said anything bad about the kid. Sometimes great moments happen even if the reasoning behind it is a little "tainted". I don't really care why it happened, just happy for the kid that it did. Little moments like that pass through the moment quickly and almost without notice, but that young man and his parents will have that for the rest of their lives.
