His mechanics look awful when he's standing still in the pocket, when he throws on the move he looks GREAT. Tebow says his strange mechanics while throwing in the pocket are due to having been a pitcher and being used to winding up for a throw. Watch him in the pocket, he does look like a pitcher on the mound. I think he can change and adapt. I am a Tebow believer and think he will make it in the NFL. He was drafted too high and he needs time to develop. His biggest problem right now is that McDaniels is a moron who was only hired because he worked in mighty NE. Don't say he's slow.
