NIGHT STALKER
I am looking forward to this McKnight kid. If he can add around 10 pounds or so, we may have a steal...some have compared his moves to Reggie Bush.

If he can add around 10 pounds or so, we may have a steal...some have compared his moves to Reggie Bush. Of all the picks...McKnight is the one I'm most down on...his productivity never matched all his athletic talent plus he had a habit for fumbling. We can only hope he can learn the "Tiki tuck" and display a little more drive as a pro than he did in college.
THE ILK
Bone-crunching blocks aside, you think maybe just maybe John Conner's nickname has something to do with him having the same name as one of the main characters in the movie.

We can only hope he can learn the "Tiki tuck" and display a little more drive as a pro than he did in college. McNight did not ever have much of a run blocking OL at USC. Lets see what he does with us. I feel good that he will do just fine. he has rare cutting ability and terrific speed. Many sucessful backs initially had fumbling problems. Tiki is one! Yet he overcame it and was a great back.

I love the Connor pick, we barely got Richardson to come back. I just hated we had to give up what we did. Connor is going to do well though. Him and Greene (if he can stay healthy) are going to go nice together.

I agree with you. It is only April and some Jets fans are defeated already. This is not S.O.J.!
#27TheDominator
Who will return punts? Leonhard, Wilson or McKnight? That's the battle I'm looking forward to watching.

Connor is going to do well though. Him and Greene (if he can stay healthy) are going to go nice together. I too remember how we had to really convince Richardson to play again this year. I'm wondering if the CS , in the back of their minds, are worried that Richardson might retire once TC starts up .

#27TheDominator
That's going to be a good one! Do you think Smith and/or Holmes will have any return duties this year? I think Smith will return kicks. He was good both as #2 (blocker) for Leon and #1 last year. I don't think Holmes will be returning anything. He's probably more valuable than the other two and he's missing the first four games in any event. OTOH, let the best man win.

Although Holmes was pretty good for Pitt, so he may get his hands on a few.
