NJ.com -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady usually keeps a very low profile in the offseason, but recently, he surfaced long enough to give an extensive interview with Sports Illustrated, in which he touches on a number of topics, including how his life has changed since he became a father; how great Patriots coach Bill Belichick is, and how tough an opponent the Jets are going to be this season.

"They're always a team that gives us problems,'' Brady says of the Jets. "And they've sure made a lot of changes this offseason. When your archrivals do as much as they've done, you've got to pay attention. They went to the conference championship game, they've got a great defense, they can run the ball as well as anyone, and they've got a great young quarterback (Mark Sanchez) who can make a lot of plays. Our whole division's improved. To win the division, we'll really have to earn it this year.''

Brady goes on at length in the interview about his bi-coastal life, his two young sons, and his not being able to put in the time in the Patriots' offseason program as he used to when he was younger. He talks about working out with Patriots' wideout Wes Welker in California, and how he's not bummed out that the Patriots haven't added any big time players to their roster since the season ended.

He also says he's feeling great, and is ahead of where he was at this time last year, when he was rehabbing from multiple knee surgeries.

"This is the best I've felt in a long, long time,'' he said. "Last year I was ready for the season, but this year I'm not doing rehab; I'm just getting ready as normal for the season.''

As to the article, how his life has changed since he became a father! Wasn't he already a father? Oooo! Afterthought! His TWO young sons.

That article is all ball-licking and reverse psychology. No matter. He's a dead man.

I find Brady nice to look at.
I don't have a type, but yecch, he isn't it. He's OK from a purely ascetic point of view (that's coming from an artist), but I never found him good-looking. His features aren't interesting at all.
