Jetkid94
I was just thinking about this today... Anyone know the status of the name of this new stadium? Or is it already out there, I just missed it?
R3V1S24
There was a German Co. trying to get the name, but i guess the Jewish community of NY protested against that so idk
Maxman
There has been no public announcement. Although the 2014 announcement is out this week and once they tell the world the Super Bowl is in that stadium they should have an easier time selling it. Yeah, I wonder what kind of precedent Sun Life set last year by purchasing the naming rights just for the weeks surrounding the super bowl in Miami. Jetsfan1015
Everyone I know just calls it the New Giants Stadium. Remember, you are the company you keep and the people you know obviously are not very well educated. So, I guess that does explain a lot... Bachelors3
JET BLUE STADIUM would be the best and most fitting name for it.
GodWearsAGrayHoodie
JET BLUE STADIUM would be the best and most fitting name for it. My suggestion has been a joint marketing program between Jet Blue and Birdseye and call it the Green Giant Jet Blue stadium. Got both teams names and both teams colors. Maxman
I have plenty of friends and they are well educated, just not Jet fans. And Jet fans are the only ones not calling it the New Giants Stadium. Yes everyone is calling the stadium New Giants Stadium. Nobody is calling it the New Meadowlands. Got it.
