"I think the fix was in for New York," South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee chairman Rodney Barreto told ESPN.com. "We threw $1 million extra on the table last night [for operating expenses]. ... We probably could have put $10 million on the table and it wouldn't have been a difference."

With New York Jets

lol

the bribe didn't work, so now he's throwing the fix flag ?

I will be at this game if the Jets make it. That would be sick to have a home game superbowl!

It sounds perfect for what would be the inevitable nightmare ending only the Jets could pull off. Superbowl loss in your own stadium.

Ok sad to say it but I could totally see that happening. That is what being a JETS fan is all about. Hopefully Rex can change that culture.

Agree on the defense, OL, running game. But Ive watched every Jets game at least two or three times, and I havent seen a "very good" QB yet. Youre gonna have to help me out on the Sanchez part. Just sayin...

Look, agreed. Sanchez
