If so, what happened there and how was it resolved? How long did it take? Russia a bunch of times. Solved it fairly quickly every time with nukes. Not even an option in the Gulf. Yes they have done this before, and yes they could have been working on getting this fixed for months now. However "fearless leader" is not allowing them to, as he has not lifted the Jones act. You know like Bush did for Katrina. "fearless leader" has never taken a firm stand for or against anything in his entire political career. It's almost as if "fearless leader" wants things to get worse. I mean how else can you explain a majority of his actions since he's been in office? "fearless leader" can't do a way with capitalism if the economy and dollar is strong. So I guess it's at any means necessary, the ocean is just a causality.
