Conundrum: music is too loud but its Sinatra

The twentysomethings across from me are playing the music way too loud. But its Sinatra and it makes me glad to see young people have taste in music. Do I call the super on them? Its 12.42am, how late does it have to get before I drop a dime on them?

I know where I live it's 11pm for noise control. Some people are just mOrons.
