tough question if you're young as it depends a lot on advancements in medical science between now and when actuarially you are likely to die.

i'm thinking alzheimers and cancer will be pretty much cureable when i'm in my 70s. heart disease will have plenty of new treatments as well. strokes are the hardest thing to predict and thus treat. if a blood vessel bursts in the middle of your brain you're pretty much screwed. i vote stroke.
