Jersey Shore drivers.

Went down yesterday to visit friends and family in the Lavallette area. I had a few close calls and was almost rear ended and side swiped. I stopped for a red light in the town of Mantaloking and some low-life dirtbag in older model white Cadillac passes me on the right and runs the light. I went to proced through a green light from a stop and a chinese woman in a mini van went thru the red light and almost t-boned me all the while smiling. I encountered other numerous mini-van drivers who didnt have any idea what they were doing or where they were going. I HATE MINI-VAN DRIVERS!!!!

Why does the Jersey shore bring out the worst in N.J drivers?

Taylor Pork Roll. People run out of it and it just turns into a frenzied panic.

Driving in New York New Jersey is the same -aggressive drivers- nothing unique to the Jersey shore!

I dont mind aggressive as I am also a aggressive its the idiotic and insane that piss me off. If I was feeling well that that turd that passed me on the right in his POS car would have met my wrath when I caught up to him at the next light. Instead I just laughed and drove on my way.

Nope the POS white caddy had N.J plates and some doofus idiot behind the wheel, the bar fly type. The mini van was also from N.J driven by an oriental woman who didnt have a clue that the light was RED nor did she seem to care.

I know what you mean Visa.

If you arent the one paying attention theres bound to be a collision even though youre not the one at fault.

Try driving in DC or Alanta sometime. Its like NASCAR. Atlanta even has gas stations called "Racetrak" which I always found appropriate.

I always found Boston drivers to be the worst.

New Yorkers are the worst. They are incapable of driving, especially and particularly on the Jersey Shore.

Virginia drivers seem like they are all on a mission to kill me.

So, without adieu, here is the ranking of worst-drivers I have encountered in my travels:

1) Virginia

2) BENNY (Bayonne, Elizabeth, Newark, New York)

3) Phoenix - I was actually HIT by a PHX driver as a pedestrian

4) Metro-Boston

5) Maryland

6) Connecticut

7) New Hampshire/Maine/Vermont

8) Pennsylvania

Among the best drivers I have encountered:

1) California

2) South Carolina

3) North Carolina

4) Non-BENNY New Jersey

5) Georgia

You have to understand the driving rules in NJ.

When you show me a BENNY who can handle a traffic circle without spazzing, I'll accept your criticisms of Jersey drivers.
