If you could have any Super Power, what and why?

I'd like to have the ability to teleport instantly to/from anywhere at any time. Whether it's just a few feet or halfway around the world. I love to travel but hate flying, so this way I'd get to see everything without the time and hassles of flying.

Superman was flying around patroling downtown Metropolis during a quiet evening when he figures he would fly by and see what Wonder Woman was doing. He gets to her apartment and uses his X-Ray vision takes a quick peek into her bedroom. Much to his suprise Wonder Woman is lying in Bed butt naked. Superman thinks to himself "Wow what a great opportunity I will fly in using my super speed bang the crap out of her and fly off she won't know what hit her it will be great." so in he goes SWOOOOOSH SWOOOSH in and out. Wonder Woman gasps 'Oh my God what was that?" the Invisible Man get up and says "I don't know but my ass is killing me.

The ability to manipulate time would own any mind control person. Before you attempt to control my mind, I will have stopped time and killed you. You would essentially also have telepathy, the ability to see naked chicks, etc.

The primary application of his power is the manipulation of ferrous metals. He can affect a very large quantity of metal at one time: he has levitated objects as heavy as a 30,000 ton nuclear submarine, and has on more than one occasion used his power to move asteroids. The maximum amount of mass that he can manipulate at one time is unknown. He can manipulate a large number of individual metal objects simultaneously, and has been shown capable of assembling complex machines using only his powers. Although he mostly uses his powers on ferrous materials such as iron and steel, he can also manipulate paramagnetic and diamagnetic materials to some extent.

Another way in which Magneto frequently uses his power is for the production of a personal shield or "force field" which selectively blocks out matter and energy. This field is strong enough to withstand the detonation of a thermonuclear weapon; hence he is invulnerable to most harm when his personal shield is active. He can also survive in deep space when his personal shield is active, presumably using his powers to retain some amount of air around his body by which to breathe.

Magneto frequently employs his powers to levitate his own body and fly; his personal shield is usually active whenever he is levitating himself.

Because electricity and magnetism are both aspects of the electromagnetic force, it is possible for Magneto to generate electrical currents (via electromagnetic induction) and to produce electromagnetic radiation of various frequencies. He can also generate an electromagnetic pulse of great strength.

Although Magneto has been shown capable of manipulating matter on a subatomic level (insofar as the electromagnetic force is responsible for bonding electrons to protons within an atom), the use of his powers in this way seems to be difficult for him, and he has not been frequently depicted as doing so.

In a handful of stories he has demonstrated the capacity to produce a wormhole and to safely teleport himself and others via the wormhole. It is not clear how his magnetic powers are used to achieve such a feat.

Bah.. this may be true if you we're aquiring your super power in order to fight other people with super powers (and i'd even argue your asssertion, as with my mind control I can cause you to forget how to use your time control powers before you even know what's up).

Regardless though, I think the real issue here would be using these powers purely for selfish gain, in that regard mind control > stopping time in every way

Banging broads:

With mind control, not only can you shag any broad you like but you can make them be really, really enjoy it and enthusiastic about it. You can make them think you look like a model, are hung like a horse and have the love skillz of a moden casanova.

With time control, you can stop time, strip them nude, bang their motionless body like some kind of necrophiliac, redress them, reposition them, start time and they'll never know it happenned. Fun.

Earning coin:

With mind control, you could have any job you want for any salary you want. You can be special assistant to Rex Ryan and have Woody pay you an undisclosed, modest, but fair salary of 20M a year. For extra dough, you can get your self elected to the boards of major corporations world wide. You can literally have any challanging anf unque job you want at anytime and put as much effort and interest into it as you desire.

With time control you can freeze time and steal. Woohoo.

I could go on, but lets face it, with strong victories in the most critical areas of banging broads and earning coin, and a questionable who would defeat who in battle result, it's clear that mind control far outpaces time control as the most desirable super power.
