Mistalava
good news FC but do I HAVE to break out the spelling police on your ass? The pointer across the knuckles? Absolutely appropriate -- but only if you dress up in your nun's outfit.

flgreen
Nick Mangold says he won't hold out Posted by Evan Silva on July 23, 2010 7:47 PM ET Jets center Nick Mangold appeared on NFL Network's Total Access program Friday night, and ended all speculation that he might hold out of training camp. "It doesn't seem to me to do any good to do it," said Mangold. "So I'll be there with bells on." Jets owner Woody Johnson recently expressed little concern with the contract statuses of Mangold, disgruntled cornerback Darrelle Revis, and stud linebacker David Harris. Since last season's end, Mangold was under the assumption his contract would be extended, per promises allegedly made by Jets G.M. Mike Tannenbaum. The uncapped year threw a wrench into Tannenbaum's plans. Widely -- and deservedly -- considered the best center in the NFL, Mangold appears poised to play out the final year of his rookie contract. He is due $3.3 million this year, and will be eligible for free agency in 2011. Most likely, the Jets will approach him about a new deal this winter. SoFlaJets
Absolutely appropriate -- but only if you dress up in your nun's outfit. I never take it off. You'd think that would qualify me for a moderator's "position" but I think the whole Catholic guilt thing screws up my shot there.
F.Chowds
Good news. Hopefully he is carpooling with Revis. my sister in law is a photographer in PHX AZ she did a photo shoot with him (Revis) Thursday. He was out their teaching at a camp. She said he was a super nice guy but he seamed very distracted. Her knowing nothing about football asked him what was wrong. He told her he has a big decision to make about something and it was weighing on him and he apologized. I still don't think he has made up his mind yet. But I bet he shows. All I know is I'm sick and tired of his whining about money. The dude's turning into Laverneus 2.0. The dude's HAS a friggin contract, he held out for an extra year when he was coming out of college. Either honor your deal or frickin hold out I could care less...it'll be HIS loss because I believe we can win without his goldbricking ass if we have to. nodimwithere
Mangold is not only a very good player, but a great teammate (as in team player). Too bad he didn't make the top 10 list of all-time Ohio State players. Maybe he will make it after a few more seasons.
