With Michael Strahan By JOE BRESCIA N.F.L. training camps are opening, and Michael Strahan says he is happy that he will be in a comfortable television studio. Those wilting two-a-day workouts are one of the few football rituals that Strahan, a former All-Pro defensive end for the Giants, says he does not miss since he retired in 2008. A key member of the team that won Super Bowl XLII, Strahan gets his sports fix now as a co-host of “Pros vs. Joes” on Spike TV. The reality show pits amateurs against professionals in various sports. He is also an analyst for “Fox NFL Sunday.” ...... Q. How do you think the Jets will do? A. I think they’re going to do well. They brought in a lot of veteran players, guys who are still hungry to get a ring. Mix them in with the great young talent that went far in the playoffs. It’s a combination for a lot of good things to happen. Q. Is Mark Sanchez capable of leading the Jets to a Super Bowl? A. Some quarterbacks have a second-year jinx. I think he may be able to handle that.
