don't see what's so "crappy" about the d'brick deal. without it he would've been playing under his old deal for less money. so the guarantees kick in 2011, so what? before he signed the extention he had no guarantees at all.

he's playing out the remainder of his old deal (for more money) and the new deal kicks in next year. his deal is nowhere near as bad as advertised.
