Ryan summed it up briefly.

“Today was a joke,” he said. And he was short and sweet with his assessment of the Patriots: “We all saw their game. New England looked pretty darned good.”

Were the Jets looking past the Ravens?

"Today was a joke" suggest this comment comment was made on Monday night not Tuesday. And "We all saw their game. New England looked pretty darned good.” Suggest he viewed it (not just saw the score) before the Monday night game.

This is odd. Coaches do not typically have the time the day before a game to be watching a game not involving their opponent. This suggest Rex either watched the game on TV or on Monday viewed the coaches film. (Or he is lying.) Not a smart move. Ryan (like anyone else who is a head coach) needs to have his head 100% thinking about Flacco and not thinking about Brady the day before and the day of the game.

Based on your experience as an NFL head coach, I assume.

LAWST.

belicheat sternly warned his team not a word!

Then he sat down specially with Moss and tried to drill this into his head, no talking, not a word!

Moss went on to do this:

Moss looks forward to challenge

Randy Moss did an ESPN interview Tuesday in which he again spoke about his hope of staying with the Patriots beyond this season.

Moss said he is looking forward to going against Darrelle Revis, the Jets cornerback who shut him down last year

“Am I excited to see Revis? I think I am because there was a lot of talk last year. And I’m not taking anything away from him. He did do some good things last year to be the shutdown corner that he is,” Moss said.

“I’m not scared to say this. I prided my off-season on Revis. Like I said, I take pride in what I do, but what he did last year was something that even opened my eyes up as a wide receiver; that there’s a cornerback out here that I really have to be on my ‘A’ game. So I prided my off-season on staying off Revis Island,” he said.

I wonder if belicheat feels smacked in the face?
