slats
I push these guys all the time. They are easily the greatest Beatle cover act you can ever hope to see. A collection of professional musicians who love the music, and strive to hit it note for note. If you dig the Beatles, you should not miss this. If you have even a faint appreciation for the Beatles, you'll leave the show in love with them. These guys are that good. I'll be sitting in row B with my kids. I've seen them over 50 times -easy- and it never gets old. As a serious Lennon-head (that's not Harry Potter in my avatar), I'm psyched about the material for this weekend's show. I would have done it myself, but I'm in class and it's hard enough to look at JN sneakily.
SoFlaJets
a couple of friends of mine posted them doing the whole B side of Abbey Road on Facebook-amazing stuff-a lot of the guys from Letterman's band (sans the aggravating Paul Schaffer) really great-I think it was from the Howard Stern Show slats

The bass player is from the Letterman band, and the lead guitarist is from Conan O'Brien's band. The keyboard player was featured in the Across the Universe movie. The "Hogshead Horns" feature one or two guys from the Blues Brothers band. The guys are all top of the line pros. I've taken countless people to their first ever show, and they always come away blown away no matter how much I hype them beforehand. You can't over-hype these guys. Beatlemania was also really good on Broadway back in the day slats with Marshall Crenshaw playing Lennon and Mitch Weissman as Paul
