What trade (if any) would you like to see Tanny make before the deadline?

He jumped on Braylon last season before the deadline....would you want to see him make a deal this year?

I say yes. Go get a relialbe DB from a lowly team like the 49ers or Lions.

I don't think this is the last we've heard of Darrelle's hammy injury and even if it is..the more quality CB's the better. It's SB or bust this season. We could be looking at no football next season and there's no way our offensive weapons will be as good in two years as they are now. Braylon or Holmes will be gone and who knows if Keller will hold out for huge money after a big season.

SB or bust!

Lowly teams don't have reliable DB's... that is why they are "lowly."

The 9ers aren't game for stuff like that, they're not giving up and rightfully so when they're only 2 games down in a pathetic division. Also, their DB's simply fumble when they catch game sealing INT's so no...

No one really springs to mind. I think we're all set with what we've got.

Not true....while he may be an idiot and will need an a$$ chewing from Rex before getting on the field, a guy like Dre Bly would make an excellent #3/4 CB.

I'm not talking about getting a superstar. I'm talking about an established solid vet who has proven more then Coleman, Wilson or Lowery. IMO...Bly brings that.

Uh oh...is he about to stomp on his face?

That's the kind of Rexgressive attitude I want in my DTs. Stomp the sh*t outta that face...*meanassgangsterface*

As much as I'd love to think we can win a Super Bowl with Sione Pouha as the starting NT...I really, really, really wish this D had a stud DT.

Our running game is fine and how much has Sanchez been hit the last 3 weeks?

Plus we have two studs on the OL with Mangold and D'Brick...a Mankins/Hutchinson/Steinbach level LG would be amazing, but it's not a must.

I thought he meant to type D lineman to be honest, but possibly not.

Bly isn't even in the ******* league anymore!

Not worth it. Team is good without him. He's a punk

Exactly why I want a dominant DT...D could be GREAT with a guy like this...I'm not looking to be the NY Angels...all he has to do is play football and not do anything stupid. Haynesworth generally has stayed out of any real trouble for a few years now...

Kris Jenkins was an immature a-hole on his way out of Carolina too...Most of these guys are just big babies in general...Might as well get a really good one.

Wilfork is pretty much the only giant NT I can think of who hasn't made an a$$ of himself while in the NFL....and personally I think it's because he was brought into a ridiculously professional environment. I'll trust Rex with pretty much any defensive player...and especially with a giant DT.

haha it's funny cause it's true

no trades needed, this is the best Jets team i've ever seen. they are stacked. there's a couple weak spots but

lightning could strike me tomorrow and I'd have died with hope in my heart.

i literally can't think of a more stacked offense. week 15 who knows but right now they are cooking.

I say stick with what we have. We haven't seen our D yet with a healthy Pace and Revis playing at the same time, so until that happens, we really don't know if we have any significant needs. And on offense, I think Santonio is going to take our passing game to the next level, so again, I don't see the need to go out and make any moves.

Signing Trevor Pryce was the last piece to our puzzle in my opinion. You can't have studs at every position, and now that we filled one of the last needs we had in the offseason (situational pass-rushing 3-4 DE), we seem to have solid starters AND a strong mix of role players to work with.

If any glaring weaknesses pop up after the Minnesota game, perhaps we address them then. We only have two weeks to do so, however.

It'd never happen for a multitude of reasons, but a great trade would be Vernon Gholston to Oakland for Richard Seymour.

I've always wanted to see Seymour in a Jets uniform...him and Willie McG....legit HOFers, and Seymour is the best 3-4 DL of his generation.
