stoicsentry
Where would you rank the Jets trio of receivers in comparison with the rest of the NFL? Who has a better trio? Are they top 5? (For the record: Holmes, Edwards and Cotchery... not Keller)
BroadwayJoe12
I'd go Wayne, Collie, Garcon... but that's more for the fact that manning is just out of this world good. From a pure talent standpoint, i really don't think there's a trio of receivers better than ours. I would pay to see what Manning could do with them for a full season. Sharrow
Independent of the QB and offensive system, I think it's definitely top 5.
stoicsentry
I personally like how they are all different types of receivers. Holmes is a burner, Edwards is a big guy like a Randy Moss type of receiver and Cotchery is your possession receiver. As far as the MIX of abilities go, that's one of the best. They all do different things.

HessStation
It's completely subjective and you'll get arguments no matter what but maybe something like this: 1) Saints - Colston, Henderson, Moore (or Meachum tbh) 2) Vikings - Moss, Rice (if/when healthy), Harvin 3) Packers - Jennings, Driver, Nelson 4) Jets - Edwards, Holmes, Cotchery 5) Cowboys - Austin, Williams, Bryant 6) Ravens - Boldin, Mason, Housyourdaddy 7) Colts - Wayne, Collie, Garcon 8) Texans - Johnson, Anderson, Walter 9) Bengals - Ochocinco, Owens, Shipley 10)Falcons - White, Douglas, Jenkins

The offense has been on these last few weeks, but he's been off all season.
Maxman
How about lining up 5 possible receiving targets and ranking them? I like: Holmes Edwards Cotchery Keller L.T.

I think Cotch has Great hands but maybe hes just not that great at getting open. If you notice most all of his catches are in tight coverage. Weve seen him make the tough catches but we dont get to see every route the guy runs so its hard to judge but I have suspected this for a while about his ability to get separation as I have with Coles as well. This is why Ive been screaming for WR's for the last 8 Years. Its also why defenses played us so tight since we had no deep threat to stretch the field. Now that we have one in Edwards notice how it has helped the entire offense. Yes LT has had a huge impact as well because we also lacked a real reciever out of the back field since we let Ritchie Anderson go and we all know how long ago that was. Jetsfan80
Not that I'm advocating it, but if we needed to, we could go 5-wide with Holmes, Edwards, Keller, Cotchery and LT. That would be unbelievably deadly in certain situations.
