stetson man

during the lightning delay, they showed sanchez in the tunnel or whatever, and stetson man was right next to him with a huge smile on his face, and patting mark on the shoulder

it struck me that he always there in the background, giving mark what he feel she needs at the time

I don't think it's a coincidence that sanchez is maturing and blossoming a few months after stetson man gets here

ya know what I can get behind this theory

there's so much about football we don't understand

maybe that's what makes it great

but one thing we should keep in mind is the importance of chemistry.

Clemens, Ainge and O'Connell don't want to support Mark. They want his job.

Even if these slap-dicks could help Sanchez, they wouldn't.

no question, even if clemens could help keep sanchez loose and focused during a lightning delay, he is almost never seen anywhere near sanchez except maybe the team picture

I can buy into this theory somewhat. Having Brunell around can't hurt unless we need him to fill in for Sanchize. He seem to embrace his role in the surface. I also think Shonne Greene will benefit from LT being around.

I have to agree with your Larz, it appears that Rex sees the younger Mark almost a carbon copy of the elder - when Brunell 1st played for his 9 years in Jacksonville & his 3 years in Washington.

Plus, you have to take into account that both Qb's played the "West Coast Offence" in High school (Both are from California - Sanchez from San Diego County & Brunell from Los Angeles County). Brunell's QB rating may be 20-35% less than Mark's but their completion percentages are very similar.

He needed the one thing that 3-years at USC & the structure that Pete Caroll could not give him - Someone he could call "Mentor"...

Groundbreaking stuff there bit, groundbreaking!

You know what else is good, not only did they bring in a guy to mentor young Mark, but they held on to a guy that's hungry and is effectively keeping Mark on his toes.

Earth shattering!
