NIGHT STALKER
They beat a Bills team that will have a top 3 pick in the draft. And they've beaten teams that are not at full strength...if they had beaten us, we could have been one of those teams...we'll see this Sunday if the fins can beat a team that I think is healthy. jetscanes331
Pittsburgh coming in playing as good of defense as any team in the league. Watch out Chad Henne. Offense isn't looking so terrible either... Ben looked good after that first pick. Hard to believe the team performed as they did without him. I think they're tops in the league right now. Looking forward to playing them in Pitt in December. Week 15 game could help determine home field for some playoff games (I hope).

No way are we dropping all 4. 2-2 i think is likely (Cincy,Tenn) And we play the Steelers tough over the last few years and i expect us to be in that game. Any word on how long VY is out? Could have a major outcome on that game. I think Cincy is soft. Also depends which Fins team shows up... I still think they can be pretty good. Marshall scares the crap out of me.

I heard VY talking after the game like it was not a big deal and would be back soon. Marshall is playing well right now, would like to see some more td's though, only 1 so far this year. You think we beat NC this weekend? I have a sick feeling even with all those players out for NC, Butch is gonna outcoach Shannon badly and NC wins again. I hope to god i'm wrong. Though I've watched them manhandle my team (East Carolina) first hand, and I don't understand how they keep doing it. The key is to put points up early and force the game in to Yates' hands and out of the RB's.

JiF
So your saying were a bad football team? I dont think you are a "bad" Football team per say, but I've watched almost every minute of all your games, and you're not a good team. Very average. There isnt one thing that you guys do really well. Maybe your pass rush is above average, but the rest of your game is very mediocre. That said, you guys fight for 60 minutes and that will keep you in games. But there is nothing you can point to on the Dolphags and say, man, they do that really well. Your Oline is under performing big time and thats the only area that you'd think would be a given that is dominate.

After the FSU debacle, the 2 hour traffic jam to get into the stadium and the lackluster performance last week against lowly Duke, I gave my ticket away. They are really dissappointing so far this year.

Every year since this coaching staff has been in place they tinker with interior of the line and destroy whatever chemistry we had. I personal didn't think the O-Line was playing poorly the last couple of years but the coaching staff see's it different. So they brought in Incognito, Berger and Jerry a rookie. Jerry has missed the last 3 games and were starting this bum Mcquistan who can't block dick.

How many teams go into Lambeau Field and knock off a very good Packers team? Was that a fluke? The Phins are a good football team and if they get more consistency from Henne, they will be a very good football team.

How many losses/injuries do the Packers need before people stop labeling them a very good team? They were a pre-season favorite and have a nice passing attack. That's it. They have no running game, have been decimated by injuries, and have a mediocre defense. Solid win by Miami, but the Packers are 3-3 and may not make the playoffs. UNC could be playing all freshmen and I'd be scared of this game. I've tried to stay on Randy's side for as long as possible but I just can't do it any more. The team has improved and their grades are off the charts.. but I think he's taken the football program as far as he can. It's just a shame that if they oust him they lose one hell of a defensive mind. They need a high profile coach in Miami I think. THey haven't had a real QB since Dorsey and before that it was Toretta. One every 10 years is not okay.... and we're losing commitments now. I just don't see how he can move forward from here. They NEED to win the ACC this year.

No-one felt bad for the Jets when they played 3 1/2 games without Revis & Pace & lost Jenkins for the year or 4 without Holmes. Part of the game. You sure like to change your stance on things, depending on what teams are involved. First its injuries happen, then its you guys played a short handed team..Make up your mind, one or the other.

First off, you have followed the NFL long enough to know that injuries will always happen. Any fan that uses injuries as an excuse doesn't understand the game of football, that's why the NFL has 53-man rosters. And my comment went completely over your head. There is a huge difference in facing teams that have lost starting players due to injury versus teams who have lost starters due to a HC's decision. I mean either way the player isn't playing. It doesn't matter if he's on vacation or holding out or injured.. it just comes down to the ability of his backups.
