Is it just the Jets organization or is it a "New York mentality" to believe that the Jets are a great team? The brash, overbearing false confidence that is shown to the country is starting to take it's toll on me, I'm sorry. The team is okay, but they have a long way to go before they win a SB. Tired of your obnoxious Coach, and Sanchez should have gotten Most Overrated Player

Who has a better record? Caldwell or Ryan?. Honest question, I don't know

Rex wasn't handed a pre built playoff team with a Hall of Famer at QB, Caldwell was, and he proceeded to choke come the end of the year.

Why does everyone seem to have an issue with how Rex runs HIS team? Caldwell does it his way Rex does it his. Rex' way works for him & his team, so **** off LMAO

They are jealous because they know, given the chance, the best player on their team would leave them to come here and play for Rex.

I was reading a thread on ThePhins today and there were a bunch of Phag fans bitching about a presser where Rex says he thinks we're the best team. They were moaning about his "arrogance" and his "fatness" and "Shula wouldve never done it like this"

I had to remind them that the lame Phins are 3-2 and are about to be 3-3 and the J-E-T-S are 5-1, so they have their priorities ****ed up lol.

Opposing fans dont hate on BAD teams...the JETS must be pretty special for all the hate we're generating. I say bring it on bitches! Feels great to be a JETS fan right now.

I read a thread over at Finhaven, they were killing him because he said he wanted to have the best record. I guess they want him to expect and be content with mediocrity.

You people get real. If Rex had never taken that New York job and he was still in Baltimore, you dudes would be BEGGING for a guy like Ryan who could do God only knows what with a kid like Cameron Wake, Vontae Davis, and Sean Smith.

Is it about WINNING or is about hating everything about your rival because you're "supposed" to? I hate hate hate the Jets. But I'd trade Tony Sparano for Rex Ryan 12 days a week. And I'd trade Chad Henne for Mark Sanchez right effing yesterday because I want to WIN.

if there were an expansion team,and that team had dibs on any head coach in the league,dollars to donuts,rex ryan is pick number uno.hopefully,and with any luck,ryan retires a jet

How can a QB be overrated if he was being called "Matt Leinhard 2" after the first game?

But the Dolphins epitomize class.

I'm not going to say that Ryan isn't the better coach, but on a class standpoint, do you really want this organization to be associated with a person like Rex? If there was an equivalent to Rex, without the mouth and the pompous *** attitude, I would want him to coach my team. Period.

As far as head coaches go, I think the players respect Sparano, but he does make you scratch your head sometimes.

How terrible does an organization have to be to only milk one superbowl out of the greatest quarterback of all time? If we had Peyton Manning last season we would have destroyed teams and won the superbowl in dominating fashion and colts fans know it. We held the Saints offense to 10 points in their house, imagine what would have happened with peyton at the helm on a neutral field.

Exactly, and thats why they are throwing hissy fits on other teams message boards. Because if they removed themselves from their homerism and realized that if rex ryan brought some of his guys and his defense to indianapolis, the colts would be eviscerating teams left and right, they probably be the first team ever to threepeat, and i mean that.

They are probably upset that their team will get progressively worse over the next few years, and then peyton will retire, and like the Niners after montana and young they will fall into irrelevancy for the long term future. And they wont dare fire caldwell, because he was handpicked by he all wise, all knowing Tony dungy.

This is Peyton's 13th season. He probably has 3-4 years left, and you can already tell that he is slowing down. It took them 25 years to find the QB to replace Unitas and take them all the way. They are worried about having to face that again.
