Greenranger
Not to mention Daniel Snyder. He fired Casserly before he fired Turner. Guy didn't want to admit Turner was bad.

Kleckineau
Turner is worst coach ever? He's pretty bad but I think Rich Kotite takes the blue ribbon here. Turner looks like Vince Lombardi if you compare him with Kotite.
DMaynard
Give him credit for trying a new approach. Instead of rolling thru the regular season and choking in the playoffs every year, now he has his team out of the picture right from the get go. Kotite only convinced two.

Greenranger
What exactly did he win? Do you recall the talent he squandered on that team? He was over .500. Its not like he fell on his face and then got another job because of it like Norv has been doing for almost 20 years.
Matt39
I cant blame Norv for his players not knowing the rules of basic football. San Diego's WR's today wouldn't start for the Texas St Armadillos....let alone an NFL team.

Then the fun started. Remember in 1994 when the Eagles began the year 7-2? The dope then tries to talk Jeff Lurie into giving him a new contract during the season but is denied. Eagles then proceeded to lose the next 7 in a row to go 7-9. If that aint a face plant what is?? His next gig with the NYJ I think he was like 4 & 28 over 2 seasons. But just there entire demeanor out there all day reeked of being unprepared. A lot of times it almost seemed as if they didn't practice and had no idea what the plays were. Matt39
Yes you absolutely can. Not really. I guess it was Cowher's fault when Plaxico did the same thing? The WR was a retard for doing that- that's his fault, not the coaches. Anyone who's ever watched a half of football in their life knows that rule. Yeah, they did look a bit disorganized....but at the same time...Ryan Matthews is awful, Patrick Crayton, Buster Davis....the Chargers are decimated right now. He was 10-6 and missed the playoffs, 11-5 and went 1-1 in the playoffs, then 8-8, and 7-9. He did have something of a record to get hired off of in 95. Norv, now on his third job, has no business being an NFL Head Coach.

sirlancemehlot
They were once a very talented team. Now they have little to no talent. Great move dumping Cromartie and LT. No Vincent Jackson. No LB that banged Tila Tequila. And their line is mediocre at best. Sounds more like GM trouble than head coach trouble.

#27TheDominator
I second this. This ****sucker is horrific. Kottite was bad, but at least he wasn't able to convince people to pick his sh*tty a$$ teams in the suicide pool. Norville teases you into thinking his team is at least regular season good and then loses to the Chiefs. In San Diego.
