Share 2 Comments After a bye week spent at the Jets practice facility rehabbing his left hamstring, Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis said he feels similar to when he began practicing with the team this season.

"I'm ready to go, I'll be there Sunday," Revis said. "We did everything we could this week, this week helped out for me to stay here and get all the treatment I need to get so I'm ready to go. I'm 100 percent."

The bye-week recovery came at the heels of a Denver game where Revis -- who surrendered four completions for 66 yards and a touchdown -- looked considerably better, but still not back to normal.

Jets head coach Rex Ryan confirmed as much during a press conference Monday after a practice spent with his cornerback off the workout bike. He said he believes Revis' hamstring woes are behind him.

"He was moving around great today," Ryan said. "I think we're going to see Darrelle at 100 percent."

Revis said the treatment hours spent at Florham Park were grueling.

"It was treatment every day, I was living over here. All day over here tyring to knock it out, and this was a good week of rest for me to do that. It's the best time where I can get this thing 100."

But the plus side to spending the bye week in rehabilitation is that the multitude of questions surrounding his enigmatic hamstring might subside sooner than later.

"It's 100 percent, so you all shouldn't ask me about it no more," Revis said. "It's just for me to get back into football, focus on football."

Ryan said Calvin Pace, who missed the first four games after having surgery on a broken bone in his foot, is not at 100 percent yet.

Calvin agreed:

“I’m good, man. I don’t think I can come here and tell you guys I’m 100 percent but, um, I feel good, the time away was good for me. I feel good, more so mentally, just to get away, just get refreshed man, not look at any football.”

Pace, with 1 1/2 sacks this year, both against the Vikings on Oct. 11, has six tackles since returning in week five. He spent his bye week in Atlanta, heading out to go see Yo Gabba Gabba with his young daughter.

He called it a "club atmosphere for babies."

Ryan made most of the defensive play calls last season, but said defensive coordinator Mike Pettine has taken over a significant chunk of that responsibility this year -- though Ryan couldn't put a percentage on the split. He also sometimes leans on secondary coach Dennis Thurman for coverage calls.

"He's calling a ton of them now," Ryan said of Pettine. "We've been together; it's time for him to step up and call more of it."

Ryan said there was one team in particular -- which he declined to name -- that Pettine had a better feel for so he took over the reins.

What a slouch staying there during the bye week and working on his hamstring, he doesnt care about this team at all...he got payed and thats all that matters to him!

Cant wait for some of you to eat your words when he's shutting down WR's again!

Glad to hear it. Now it's time for the excuses to end and the performances the Jets have paid for to start showing up. I'm at least glad to see he's put in the effort to get back and to an extent, is eliminating any further excuses for himself on his own. Now it's time for him to play up to the excessive amount of money he demanded to receive.

He's taken the first 7 weeks off, I think staying there for 7 days isn't too much too ask for someone whose making 16 mill a year.

You're kidding right? He was out for how long?

And does anyone even really care about this crap? He was 100% before and it meant nothing.

But I thought he was a slouch and didnt care anymore? I thought he was throwing in the towel and just coasting now? Someone who's coasting stays at the facility during their vacation time?

Since they took all of training camp off, I would answer yes. Back to writing apology. What the proper way to spell slouchen-stein?

All I'm saying is people were all over him for seeming like he wasnt trying, someone who is not trying doesnt stay at the facility to workout while his whole team is off. That's someone who wants to improve and gain respect back from fans and his teamates.

And he shouldn't have stayed at the facility? Seeing that he has taken half the year off I don't think it's bad idea, either do that or give 8 million dollars back to woody johnson.

He cares about only himself and if he continues to play like $hit he can't hold out 2 years from now.

All I want is for him to come back and play like we all know he can THIS year. If he trys to hold out again in 2 years whatever, theyll decided what to do then. And btw if he does hold out in 2 years, he's a ****in a$$hole and they should just let him go. I already hate that he even held out this year I just disagree that he's coasting in any way. He was injured and out of shape (his own fault) so hopefully these 2 weeks helped.

Nothing matters until he gets back to form. Top 5 pass defense 2nd half of season or Revis is P Fail.

Uh Calvin, you have played in 2 games this year, how the hell do you need to get away to get refreshed and not look at any football???

He's been rehabbing all along, thinking about football all along, practicing all the rest of the time. It's not like he was lying on the couch at home watching movies.

LMAO ok. Thanks Dr. JiF I didnt realize u knew he was 100% before my bad.

Ummm, do you not recall him saying this before he got burned by Randy Moss.

Revis's word means sh*t. Dont need to be Dr. to diagnose that.

I hope's 100%. But he's said that before and it didnt mean anything then, so this means nothing now.

Or maybe he just wanted to get the free meals at the cafeteria
