SenorGato
The Giants are legit. Manning to Nicks is the sh*t. So is that pass rush.
Greenranger
1. Its a Jet Town, screw the Giants and 2. Had Romo been there the Giants would've lost. but Millen is a douche.

Wait, you mean to tell me that the Giants actually won this game? I didnt watch the whole thing. I seen the first few mins of the 1st qtr. after Mannings two INTS. Yeah, I just read that Romo broke his clavicle. Crazy. High scoring game too. Must have been a good one.
SenorGato
Yeah, I just read that Romo broke his clavicle. Crazy. High scoring game too. Must have been a good one. It wasn't. The Giants owned it from the 2nd quarter on. I expected epic from a Giants/Cowboys game, but Romo getting knocked out killed it. All I learned is that the Giants are official and Dez Bryant is Andre Johnson 2.0.
Bravejamriot
Can't argue the giants aren't a top team in the NFC. You could argue that even so they are like the 6 or 7th best team in the NFL.
neckdemon
yeah the giants have a nice pass rush......but they gave up 35 points to the cowboys without romo. i'm not that impressed.

JiF
Because the NFC sucks, I think the best team is the Giants. A tough team to beat the way they get pressure from the front 4. Giants Falcons Packers I think its one of those 3 in the NFC.
shawn306
Right now the Giants look like the best team in the NFC. They have bounced back nicely from the Indy and Tenn debacles. The NFC is very strange this year. Dallas looks done, New Orleans is having problems, Arizona misses Warner, Minnesota, who knows Favre. Is there really a dominant team in NFC right now ? PatsFanTX
A tough team to beat the way they get pressure from the front 4. Excellent point right here. Nobody in the NFL gets better pressure from their front 4 than the Giants. This allows the LB's to drop into coverage to take away the passing lanes. Also, by getting pressure from the front 4, they do not have to blitz and get burned by a long play.

And it doesnt hurt when you have the NFC leading rusher, and a ton of WR's threats. They put up over 500 yards total offense last night against a very good Dallas D, and had 5 turnovers. Thats crazy. PatsFanTX
The Giants won the SB when their defense blitzed. Blitzing defenses > All That's just not true. Giants beat the Pats with a very strong push rush up the middle (where Brady struggles the most). The Giants rarely blitzed against the Pats. Matt39
If Osi and Tuck play well- the team wins. They have a very good offense. All 3 WR's are great. Bradshaw is a beast.

Blitzing defenses > All You are acting like they dont blitz...they blitz and they blitzed quite a bit last night, but they have the luxury of being able to just send 4 and get consistent pressure when its times to sit back in the passing lanes. Giants were very impressive last night for sure. But keep in mind, I don't think there is a streakier team in the NFL than the Giants. You certainly do not want peak out in October. Truth. justincredible
The Giants are the best NFC team right now but there are 6 or 7 NFC teams better. The Giants and Falcons are the only two NFC teams that would crack my top 10 and they'd probably be at 8 and 9.

Garb
Six weeks into the season actually tells you nothing. You will get a real feel for who's who after Thanksgiving weekend. Even then, you have to pray that your team stays healthy. Cowboys have been playing dumb football so far this season....but they still had hope and a chance. Romo breaks his clavical and poof! Season gone.

That too, but the talent always gave you hope and that a playoff appearance was on the horizon. You can kiss that goodbye. And, what was with that MNF introduction by Jones last night? Really? Even worse, what was with Gruden insisting that the Giants receivers be called Jet Blue. Whhaaa???? If I were a Jets fan, I'd find that a little insulting. Is New York still a Giants town? Seems like it....as far as the MNF crew goes anyway.

Dude gets way too much credit for winning a title with Tony Dungy's players. You could have coached the Bucs to a championship that season. The only team I've ever seen more primed to win a title was that last Redskins championship team. Nothing that overrated moron with his fake tough guy routine says means dick. The Cowboys from day one this season have refused to play like a team. There is no cohesion whatsoever. They don't employ a discernable gameplan on either side of the ball. He is like a hyperactive kid the day after Halloween. He just starts inflating every player as his favorite and just starts gushing with absolute nonsense. He is the worse. Of course it's a Giants town the Jets haven;t won a league championship since eight track tapes where all the craze.

I've never really paid attention enough to really dislike any other announcer. But this guy is painful to hear him suck deek and then back paddle just to suck another deek is brutal.
