joebabyny
Check out this write up I did on Kelso of Brooklyn, a local NYC microbrewery. They were cool enough to donate a few kegs for the vikings game for the beer pong tourney, helping us raise over $500 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. The owner is a good guy, and they do a lot of charity work and are really into the whole local sustainable food movement. The beer is only offered in kegs, with a growing list of NY area bars and restaurants pouring it. If you follow them on twitter (link on my page) you can get a heads up for all the tastings they do. They helped us out, if you have a fb or twitter, please add/follow them, thanks! Kelso and tailgatejoe

joebabyny
They also sell in bottles... http://www.brooklynbrewery.com/beer/ Lol, completely different company. Kelso of Brooklyn is a much smaller craft brewer, your link is for Brooklyn Brewery, a much larger operation. Check out the writeup and kelso's site. haggis
Thanks! Sounds like a really cool brewery. I'll look out for it next time I'm down. I brewed a batch of Scottish 80/' last weekend and will most likely brew an extra stout today. You simply cannot beat real, GOOD, beer!

The official announcement will come next week, but Kelso of Brooklyn will be "our pour of choice" at all home games. We will continue to offer other premium beers, but we will have 2-3 selections from Kelso's lineup at every game. Just posted the beer lineup tonight for tomorrow's game. war ensemble
They have a spelling error on the "Stewardship" page. "We consolidate our raw material orders to maximize deliveries, reducting their frequency (and saving money/fuel in the process.)" Reducting should be reducing. You can carry that on to the webmaster.
