ylekram
especially against a very porous run defense. schotty"everyone and their grand mother knows we should run the ball 45 times this game.but, why do the expected?i'll show em who's smart"
hoping4ASuperBowl
I felt like we barely saw Greene that game also. I thought he was gonna be more involved to keep tomlinson fresh. But again shotty never plays against the defenses weakness. That would just be smart.
Midget Love 20
29 rushes for 119 yards. 17 yards came from a fake punt. Subtract that out and your looking at 28 rushes for 102 yards..I'm not sure what your argument is for. Since without the fake puntthey're averaging 3.6 per carry which isn't something to be proud about. Point blank, there should've been WAY more targets to Edwards, and more high percentage passes. As much as I dislike Schotty and think he's the reason why our O won't reach its potential, poor execution was the reasons for us losing. Cotchery played his worst game as a Jet period, but not worthy of being cut. Why don't we just conclude to say...maybe the Packers aren't as bad as their record shows and our D kept us in the game

Apparently running the ball with LT and Greene-the offense's strength-is too simple for a genius like Schitty.

hoping4ASuperBowl
It's just as frustrating as the week 1 loss. Our defense did everything it could to keep he jets in the game and the offense couldn't muster anything legit, and when they started to, they either stalled or turned it over. I think they should've used passing to open the run today because our running attack was not good. More targets to Keller and Edwards would have kept 8 guys out of the box today. Larz
how was the box stacked ? if green bay stacks the box, I like the idea of throwing them out of it I just think there were too many long developing deep routes with pump fakes just get the ball out, move the chains, eat up clock
Smashmouth
I hate the fact our window of opportunity has to be wasted because our offensive Coordinator is a god damn idiot. It seems like this has been the case with this organization and coaching for far too long. the 80s Walton the 90's (to many idiots to list) the 2000's herm mangini sh*tt now 2010 sh*tt and on. never ******* fails. Rex wants to be great but he better recognize his OC is a moron and fire him now before its too late. HHe even sounds like a moron, hardknocks proved that. When you have this much talent it should be very easy for even the most incompetent of OC's to create some mismatches. sh*tty has no idea WTF is going on and should NOT be an NFL coordinator. To think Charlie Weiss was out there this year and we let that opportunity pass us by. What a waste of Talent.

slats
It felt a lot like the Buffalo game last year when Sanchez threw the five picks. There's a lot of blame to go around for this one, but there's no doubt that some of it has to fall to the coordinator. Down by three points most of the game, there's just no excuse to not just keep pounding the ball. Eventually something would've broken, and the passing game would've opened up as well. Feel bad for Sanchez getting charged with two picks under those circumstances. Just a sh*t week.
serphnx
Heh, I remember Greene coming in, running for about 2 yards on 2 carries and dropping a pass (like everyone else besides Braylon and LT I guess). Greene had maybe 2 good runs all game. Maybe LT should have been run more, but here's a better idea: how about the WRs don't drop passes and don't just hand the ball over to the defenders so that we can sustain drives and score points? How about Folk hits his FG attempt? Schotty is not a top OC, true, but you get any OC in this league and have their WRs drop 6 passes and give up 2 possessions by turning the ball over 2 times and they will have bad games too. Sure they might overcome it and actually score a point if they're top guys, but they certainly won't do it because of the players incompetence. The O didn't really try. Sanchez showed up, LT showed up, and the O-line showed up occasionally. Braylon was sort of around but didn't do much. Everyone else was a joke, a total joke. If you take out about 6 passes and 100 or so yards and add 2 INTs to Peyton Manning's stats every week, he will still be very good but he'd look a lot worse than he does.
