JiF
Didnt read. Sorry. Because I dont see how any game is a trap game coming off a shutout loss at home and conceding the lead of the AFCE.

Agreed....On any given day, the Jets are capable of pulling off a stinker like they did last week. Every game should be treated the same.
BroadwayJ667
NO! Sorry but this a dumb topic. The Jets in all likelyhood are going to be a very angry team. Their pride was damaged last week and they will look to play a solid fundamental game.
Stonehands
You can't have a trap game coming off a disappointing loss. If they had won against Green Bay, then I agree. No excuse for not coming out fired up for this one.

BroadwayJoe12
And we're looking past them towards who?? Not really a trap game when you're coming of a shutout loss and the next game is cleveland. I've said it before, but this team really just doesn't seem to look past teams towards the next game; if they lose a game, it's because they didn't execute, simple as that. And they most definitely did not execute on offense.

Mangini will be coming off a big personal win for himself next week, but the Jets can worry about that then.

DJMhky92
Alright, this isn't a "trap game" in the traditional sense of the word but it has the makings of one of those quintessential Jets let-down games on the road against a clearly inferior opponent. The Lions are no joke but we are just flat-out better, especially with our "Ground and Pound" attack and their inability to stop the run. There I participated.
