I think someone either forged a birth certificate or knew someone who worked for Ford who used to sponsor the Punt Pass and Kick contest. Hes man amongst kids there. I always wondered how kids were able to participate in that who played Pop Warner football on Sundays.

There are age & weight limits. In the 70's when my son played Jr. Pee wees, the limit was 60 lbs. He had to run alot to make the weight. If you were overweight, you could move up one division to the "Pee wees". The next division (and last) was the Midgets. The names have changed over the years. I think they call the Midgets the "Varsity". Not sure of the other names. I don't see how he could have made the weight on any Pop Warner team.

Im familiar with Pop Warner and the weight rules still apply. My question concerning this was how could kids who were involved with Pop Warner participate in the PP+K competition. He couldnt have been 13 no way thats a man-child in that picture.
