JETS won last night.

JETS still lead the AFC East.

JETS have the best record in the NFL.

And yet once you come here all you read is a slew of negative whiney threads.

Question is how would this place look like if we had infact lost ?

Total meltdown:

I told you so

Rex is a fat, mouthy, terrible coach

We must replace Folk

Bench Sanchez

Fire Schotty now!

Mevi$ sucks

SOJ

What's the draft look like next year

Team is overrated

Of course I am. But, I'm telling you that we're not going to beat the Patsies, playing like that.

Correct. The Pats defense is their issue which in the end will likely be their undoing but I am not sure what game Jet fans watched last night.

Be happy with the win but that was a horrific effort that won't get it done against better competition. It is naive to say we play down to the competition and will "peak" any day now. When/if we click on all cylinders we are better than anyone in the AFC....let's hope we get there soon.

Horrific?

**** the Pats. We can play like that and beat them. IMO the Jets don't "play down to the competition" but they do not take any risks until necessary. For that reason the offense is a little vanilla and dull when the game is close. The D is way better than this board gives it credit for, so the game is ALWAYS close. When the have to they put points on the board. Does anybody honestly think it will be harder to score on the Pats than the Browns? This game is no gimme and I'd make the Pats favorites, but I'm not afraid. I'm looking forward to punching them in the face.

Im of the opinion that Schotty is playing it cool in these last games so he can open up some different looks on the Patriots. Id bet a bunch of money Brad Smith THROWS out of the seminole against them for instance. Schotty has looked like an idiot at times for sure, but maybe hes trying to stay somewhat vanilla for the Pats?

This could be one occasion where Schottys head case headgames actually pay off. At least I hope thats the case...

Sanchez has got to play better overall in this game though. If he tosses a couple INTs it wont be easy to overcome, thats for sure.

Can I have some of what you're smoking?

It leaves me with an empty feeling when I hear Rex saying "We'll fix it" without saying what they will do to fix it.

And then they play another game and win, and still didn't fix it.

All I want for Xmas is to beat the f*ing Pats on Dec 6. Convincingly.

I don't want the Jets to be a 13-3 wild card team!!

1. Rex would not and should not disclose to the media how he's going to "fix" it. This is not Herm Edwards we're talking about.

2. How was the D not fixed against the Bungles? 10 points, 3 of which are the Offenses fault? Is that not dominating?
