Sanchez's height, lineman batting down balls, & slants

Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem like Sanchez throws it to a particularly great variety of places on the field. It's always at the sidelines or it's deep, but he doesn't seem to use the middle of the field much. That stuff has to show up when a DC looks at his tendencies, no?

He does throw it in that direction sometimes but it gets batted down. Duh.

"Anecdotal evidence"? Just watch the games, you'll see real evidence!!!

well, um watching the games and saying, "it happens a lot to sanchez, must be cuz he's short" is anecdotal evidence

the stats were provided tho

so it seems like height is irrelevant

it probably dumb luck more than anything else

When you stare down receivers and locations on the field and constantly throw through the same slots on the line, it doesn't take a genius to move to those spots and jump. It has nothing to do with his height. Are there really people stupid enough to think Sanchez throws balls off guys elbows and face masks because he is 6'2" instead of 6'6"?
