Larz
there are only two players in the history of the NFL that have averaged more yards from scrimmage per game than LT Jim Brown Barry Sanders he's one of the best evah

#27TheDominator
seeing how Curtis has 3 votes you are the dumb one here Mick. not such a slam dunk. 2004 Curtis vs. 2010 Tomilinson maybe. Otherwise it is more than such a slam dunk.
Lurker
seeing how Curtis has 3 votes you are the dumb one here Mick. not such a slam dunk. Complete slam dunk but it's a Jets forum. If you put Joe Namath vs. Joe Montana, who had the better career, Namath would get some votes here. Still dumb. If you want to argue "Tomlinson is a Jet too" Curtis gave us a lot of good years, so he obviously has loyal fans here. LDT has played three months for us. This really is not close. Lurker
find me one person who picks Namoth over Montana... Create a poll and you'll see. By the way, I'm not sure who Namoth is. I'm talking about ex-Jets QB Joe Namath.
bobbyjet69
go read, How to Build a Championship, by Bill Walsh. He wrote this book after he retired from the 49ers. In this book thers a paragraph where he names the best QB's in his eyes and there's no mention of Nameth. Next paragraph he states "the best QB to ever play the game is Joe Nameth!" Great read!!
