JetsFanInDenver
Everyone and their grandma is picking the Pats to win. Except one exception i have not seen anyone predict us to win in the national sports media. So the "experts" have spoken. Why even turn the game on Monday night. The Pats are going to win. I am just sick of these muthaphucking experts. I wonder what they will say Tuesday morning after the JETS a$$ whoop the Pats!

AFJF
I'd expect 90% fans with no rooting interest to pick the Pats. They're at home. They lost game one. Brady is playing out of his mind. Pats have owned the Jets/AFC East for a decade. I don't see anyone picking the Pats to win by 40, but really they SHOULD win this game. Does that mean they will? Absolutely not. J-E-T-S JETS! JETS! JETS!
Ken Schroy
Just for the record, on Inside the NFL, Phil Simms and Warren Sapp picked the JETS. Of course Collinsworth picked the Pats.

GimmeShelter
If the Jets were home they would be favored. Don't see what is so insane about anyone picking the Pats to win at home. IMO they should hold serve at their house. In a close game all the pressure will be on them to do so. Unfortunately Brady has been in big spots before but I am hoping their young defense cracks a little under the pressure of this game. As a fan this feels like a play-off game nerves wise and I will be extremely impressed with this Jets team if they can go up there and come away with the victory. Seems the experts don;t care about the beating the Ravens gave them last year in the playoffs. 2. Jets have not beaten one team from start to finish since the Bills 3. Pats have beaten some of the NFL's front runners. 4. MAYBE? Leonard going down? I dont think this plays in too much The home field streak of Brady is the thing I think pulling everycones vote. I love that you pointed out that brutal beating the Ravens gave them in the postseason last year and how everyone conveniently ignores that along with the beating the Browns handed the Pats just a scant three weeks ago. The worst I've seen so far is the Belichick suckfest Mike and Mike put on this morning when interviewing Rich Cimini and Mike Reiss at the same time. What struck me most about the interview is that the Pats are so gay that they even have gay sportswriters covering the team. It's nice to see such open mindedness in today's society. Bottom line like many of us have been saying, until the Jets beat the Pats and WIN the AFC EAST it is still theirs. If we beat them tonight, go on to take the ACF EAST, next year we will be getting the nod in these types of games. Truth is I like us going in as the underdog, I think we play better from that spot. being a front runner is gay.

Lat minute heroics and beating teams with losing records a front runner does not make. Like James the little troll that couldn't once said so eloquently.. "The Jets are 1-3 against teams with winning record." Personally for a team that 9-2, I find that pretty ******* special.. LOL

stoicsentry
You're right, being 1-3 against winning teams with a 9-2 overall record could actually be the greatest accomplishment in the history of the Jets franchise. We're 1-2 against teams with winning records, not 1-3. Fact 1: That 1 win was against the Patriots. Fact 2: Point differential in both of those games COMBINED is -10. -1, and -9. Fact 3: Pats have lost twice, both times they lost by 14 or more points. (-30+ point differential) Fact 4: Pats have a loss against a losing team, Jets don't. To sum it up: it is possible to spin these records any way you want, it's spun this way because of the anti-Jets bias.
