visajets
I didnt see it mentioned here at all today. Correct me if im wrong. But why did the NYJETS start off the game like this? It wasnt working and yet we continued with it. We havent really used it all year except in the 2 minute offense. Correct title to say No huddle offense. Maybe to attack NEs last place pass D? I dont know, but Sanchez isnt that type of QB IMO.
Smashmouth
I didnt see it mentioned here at all today. Correct me if im wrong. But why did the NYJETS start off the game like this? It wasnt working and yet we continued with it. We havent really used it all year except in the 2 minute offense. Correct title to say No huddle offense. Its been discussed alot actully. I was in favor of the hurry up earlier in the year when I saw that Sanchez seems to work better and is much more effeicent. I also said its something that can be mixed into the offense at times to confuse a defense or exploit certain personell packages. There are some very creative ways to use it that can swing a drive in your favor but opening a game vs the Patriots with the hurry up was one of the stupidest ways to do it. I called this and suree enough sh*tty (fooling the world) went right into hurry up to start the game aganist the wrong defensive package and used the Shot gun. DUMB. The purpose of Hurry up is to avoid defensive substitution so if you see a defensive package you feel you can exploit the QB can go right into hurry up and take advantage. Whos the master at this ?? Peyton Manning. The running game was their for the Jets all night long and once again, on a windy night, we abandoned it. No matter what anyone says we are not a well coached or diciplined football team and we played right into belichicks hands. I guarantee you Belichick knew and was fully aware of our success in the hurry up and I also guarantee you he anticipated us coming out using it on the first drive GUARANTEED. I called this 5 weeks ago and specifically said this was exacly what we would do which shows you just how bad sh*tty is at fooling opposing defenses with anything. We fool no one and we are the worst coached offensive football team in the NFL the absolute worst. I would not be that harsh but with the talent we have on offense which is arguably top 5 in the entire league we cant put up a TD vs one of the worst defenses in the NFL.
