dammit i can't help taking this concretely....

what kind of jam? 10 minutes medium pressure or hot water bath or you just take your chances?

also... not really jam season... so this is a yearning for the innocent joys of high summer and not anything icky at all, right?

remaining concrete... making jam, sealing it in glass jars and either boiling or pressure steaming the jars to kill any bacteria present in the product to make it safe for long time storage without refrigeration.

the euphemism.... relies on not over thinking it.
