madmikeisback
Phil Hughes has had 2 good months as a starter. The rest has been "garbage" To suggest otherwise is being a real homer. To try and figure out when Phil Hughes has been "healthy" would take a psychic. He appears as fragile as glass. Don't you have dentures to wash or something? Just because it hurts your feelings, does not make it untrue. Anyway, the joke's on you-I never brought anything to the table. To say he was great and then garbage is, well, garbage. He has had a very good year as a starter. He has a world series ring and played a key part in that championship as a reliever. He is hurt right now...he will be judged on his complete body of work but if he were a Mets player and had a ring he would be considered a God. He just has to learn to pitch without the benefit of steroids. Other than that, he should be golden with that shiny, new 84-MPH fastball he's got. Joba because he is fat, Hughes because he has no muscle tone.
