Burger question

I used two eggs for 10lbs of meat and it worked out really good. I also used a masher to mix everything up before adding it to the meat. Great flavor and they didn't break apart'

Joe, I use crumble cheese not creamy and I eat my burgers where the center is still ice cold so the Feta (or blue cheese) is def not melted or even warm for that matter.
