Okay, so we're throwing quarterback money at stopping Hines Ward and Pierre Garcon? It actually seems more practical to just have them both killed.

Max, and we are all Oso disappointed in him

Incarcerated bob has been right about 12 times in the last two days. He broke a lot of reports before major broadcasting networks did. So...Im leaning towards it.

Who hasn't been? If Flgreen were claiming those tweets as his own he'd have been right about 50 times. No offense to him, but big ******* deal.

PFT reporting the Bucs were never in Aso sweepstakes:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/07/28/bucs-arent-werent-chasing-nnamdi/

Fat Boy Peter King said that in his initial report.

Hey guys. Someone tweeted me about this thread, so I figured I'd clear up a couple of misconceptions. My sources, both on Nnamdi's and the NYJ's side, were slightly off. You can rip me for that all you want. They have since informed me that there was a minor snag in the negotiations--both sides slept on it and my sources are now saying to expect a deal by noon. Expect a 6 year $72 million deal with $30 million guaranteed.

Thanks Toon for giving me some exposure--these guys will realize soon enough...

I have it on good authority from my little sisters stuffed animals that this thread sucks. I'm working on the exclusive now.

Those stuffed animals are incorrect.

This thread is full of awesome.

@jasonlacanfora

Continue to hear San Fran, Oakland and NY Jets are the three teams really in the Nnamdi/Cromartie sweepstakes.

So Nnamdi to SF, Cro to Oakland, Jets caught with dick in hands, they really played this wrong.

I love and I mean love Rex, but sometimes his tunnel vision gets the best of him.

Jets gonna be left out in the cold gonna have to settle for Buchanon, if he didn't sign yet, and Coleman, just hope they can mend the fence with B-Easy and pay the man his money (KGB voice)

Welcome to the sight. Hope your right.

Any news on how soon after Aso signs up Revis will start his holdout? Thanx in advance.

lol. How did they play this wrong? Nothing has happened yet. Rex's "tunnel vision" has got us 1 step from the Super Bowl in his first 2 years. If he really wants Aso we can get him.

Since Rex got to the Jets when have they not gotten a guy they targeted?

I gotta believe that Tanny's tinkering with the numbers to make this work.

You people have no patience.

Yes, I used to be a wrestler...how do you think I've developed my sources? By the way, I go by Charlie Burk now because it's an infinitely more marketable name in terms of sports reporting than Burkowitz, especially because I don't look like a Burkowitz.

I don't even know why I felt the need to tell you guys that, but in the interest of full disclosure...
