The Troll
With the second pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select: DERRICK JOHNSON, LB TEXAS With an aging corps of linebackers, defensive minded head coach Nick Saban can't resist tabbing the #1 defensive player in the draft. stormshadow19
Looks like I'm up... and boy, can I go any number of ways. The Browns need, well, everything. So, I'm going to just take the best player avalible. With the third pick in the draft, the Cleveland Browns select WR Mike Williams
MiamiJet
No brainer here. With Williams gone, and a need for a great deep threat, BRAYLON EDWARDS has to be the Bears choice. Besides, I'm a Michigan fan and alumnus

Jetsfan80
With the 8th overall pick in the 2005 NFL draft, the Arizona Cardinals select: Cadillac Williams, RB, Auburn After failing to lure in a big-time free agent RB to play for the laughing stock of the NFL, exhausting all trade-down possibilities and receiving no takers, and with Antrel Rolle off the board (CB being a position of need after losing Duane Starks this offseason and David Barrett the previous one), Dennis Green determines that he cannot miss out on the last of the dominant RB's in the draft (and the best available player). stormshadow19
Oh man... this is a tough pick for the Lions. As they have a couple needs. One glaring need and just things they need (like every other team does). But, I'm not drafting their glaring need. They can use an opposite rusher from James Hall. And, this cat will see single blocking, as the Lions are stacked on the defensive line with stud Shaun Rogers, the aforementioned James Hall, and the grizzled vet Dan Wilkenson. They needed another DE to put pressure on the running back. And, if need be, this man can also play the outside rush linebacker. With the tenth pick, the Lions select Shawne Merriman DE from Maryland.
