Sean McDermott Interview Canceled; Is a Bowles Announcement Coming Soon?

Joe Person, a Carolina Panthers beat reporter, tweeted that the Jets have canceled their interview with Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott.

Sean McDermott was supposed to be in New York on Wed. for his interview. The Jets called him Tuesday night to tell him it was off.

There are reports indicating that Bowles is staying overnight in NJ after his 2nd interview with the team on Tuesday. Manish Mehta adds this thought…
