JetNation
Aaron Rodgers has been added to the Jets 53-man roster so that he can continue practicing with the team as the 2023 season winds down to a close. This, after Rodgers announced just a couple of days ago that he would not be cleared to suit up this year. Rodgers appeared on the Pat McAfee show on Tuesday to discuss his situation. To make room for Rodgers, the Jets are parting with fullback Nick Bawden. In Bawden, the Jets are letting go of a part-time player who wasn’t particularly effective when he was on the field. Having played double-digit snaps just three times this season, Bawden’s absence won’t be noticeable on game day. In fact, the Jets may be better served asking Jeremy Ruckert to take over Bawden’s role. The post Aaron Rodgers Added to Jets 53-man Roster, Bawden let go appeared first on JetNation.com - New York Jets Blog & Forum.Click here to read the full story...
