Woody has refused to step back and hire professional football people to run the show. From Herm, to Rex, and now Todd. The players have no leadership in the locker room. The move to sign Richardson and Wilkerson, and to let Harrison go to the Giants was a huge mistake. Resigning Fitz was a huge mistake. Signing Fitz in the first place was a huge mistake. Going forward into next season, this team still has no franchise QB. No tight end. And a deteriorating offensive line. They need to rebuild in the secondary and linebacker positions.
