The announcement was made by General Manager Mike Tannenbaum. Epps (6-3/250/Miami/Richmond, VA) was released from the Indianapolis Colts practice squad (12/1/11) after being signed to the practice squad (10/6/11). He spent most of the 2010 season with the Miami Dolphins where he played three games, including his NFL debut at the Jets (12/12/10). Epps was drafted in the seventh round (235th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers and spent training camp with the team before being signed to Miami’s practice squad (9/14/10).
