SoFlaJets Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 Idk man. 11 incompleted passes out of 19 says a lot about the WR corps. A ton of them were throw aways with 4 WR sets. Hill should be able to use his size to out position CBs in tight 1-on-1 coverage. He's a huge reach for a 2nd rounder imo. He's improving but he's still got a ways to go, it is what it is. It's still not too late for him to start beasting between the rest of this season and next season. I think he'll be fine by next year. First he gets a few snaps and does ok. Then he gets a few series, he sucks, then we bench him. Then we alternate him in and out a whole season, he sucks, but we still decide to let Slauson walk. Then he has a "tremendous" training camp and can start...Ducasse starts and is benched by week 5 in favor of a rookie. Rex really tried with that little head game. Edit: Point is that's not the same roller coaster as Hill, who was a waste of an active roster spot last season and has improved marginally this season.
