Welker. Moss. When you look at the list of teams that have won since the Pats last victory they can be described as teams that build through the draft and draft well. That's the formula. Not acquire a ton of picks and stockpile them. Not win the Free Agent off season championship. You have to build through the draft. They have the greatest coach of all time, the greatest franchise of all time, the greatest QB of all time and everyone wants to play there for less...and they haven't won a ring in almost a decade.
