I didn't look up the Buffalo one because they weren't really trying,

Playoffs vs Ravens:  High of 24 degrees on the day, Brady goes for 99 rating.

Playoffs vs Indy:  High of 48 degrees on the day, Brady goes for 100 rating.

So to recap:

His worst rating came on the second hottest game they played.  The second worst rating came on the hottest day they played.

His third worst comes against the Jets, and his 4th worst comes in a dome.  5th worst rating comes in at the 4th hottest day (assuming dome in a neutral 70).  6th worst rating came on the third hottest day he played.

Apparently there were reports that Indy felt that the balls they intercepted felt deflated in the regular season.  And the data atleast seems to suggest that there might be something to the fact that Brady seems to have a performance uptick in cold weather and a downturn for warm/hot weather.  So this may have been going on the whole season, where they decided to just play with deflated balls the whole season, so they can gain an advantage as the season goes on and the weather turns cold.
